We have been described as the “4th emergency service” by one of our clients. Although it is a lovely sentiment and such a lovely compliment, it is not something we can ever profess to be. But thank you for such kind words. We wish to thank every emergency service and front line workers.
Nothing pleases us more than winning a case. To know that a client can get on with their life with the money they are due. Over the years we have helped hundreds of clients and returned well over £2,400,000 to them. Many of our clients get refunds in the tens of thousands from the DWP.

This includes 7 upper tier tribunal successes, ranging from those with Type 1 diabetes, Defibrilator attached to their hearts, (only 1 in 50,000 are sucessful),Epilepsies and significant rheumatoid arthritis, and significant mental health disorders/learning disabilities with risk to safety and suicide attempts.
We have helped 14 cases to be lapsed from Tribunal, due to the DWP being made to change their decisions.

2022
Covid 19 still affected our operations to some extent. We moved most consultations to online / telephone / Skype.. Over the 12 months we assisted 423 people and secured approximately £273,000. We are getting better at stopping Tribunals in favour of our clients which eases their stress considerably.

Due to Covid 19, and various lockdowns, we had to temporarily change our working practices. We were still able to help 340 people and secure hundreds of thousands in benefits that were owed to our clients. Awards spanned from 18 months to 10 years, bringing peace of mind and stability to many people.
Just before Christmas we were able to stop 3 Tribunals, and at 2 that did occur our clients walked away with £27,000 and a much happier Christmas.
Our success rate still stands at 96% at all levels of the claiming process. From Mandatory Reconsideration, to Tribunal Stage. We are also preventing unnecessary Tribunals, and thereby relieving the stress of our clients .
