If you have any issues with paying our fees, please give us a call. We may be able to come to some arrangement. 

Fees

We ask that if we do win your case, and you get your arrears paid to you from the DWP that you donate 10% to us as a one off payment. This helps us maintain our service as a non profit making organisation.

Subscription Service

We offer immediate access  and support to benefit applications,  via instructions in what is needed for successful claims and access to online tribunal applications completed by us and representations via written submissions on your behalf.
This will be focussed one to one support with our Advocate.
If unhappy with the service we will give you your money back.

Subject Access Request / GDPR Template

You have the right to access of your medical records held by medical professionals. These records include any information about your physical or mental health recorded by a healthcare professional. This includes records made by hospital staff, GPs, dentists, and opticians. It can also include health records kept by your employer. Your request could be refused if a health professional thinks seeing the records would be seriously harmful to your physical or mental health or the records also relate to someone else.
Benefits Resolutions  has prepared a template letter you to send to your GP / medical professional to request these records which may greatly ease your claim for benefits. 
Download the SAR file , fill in your personal details where required, and send it to the medical professional. Please be aware they may in some cases charge a small fee.

Universal Credit Account Management

If you are DISABLED and on UNIVERSAL CREDITS, we are offering an ONLINE service, where we help with the management of your LOG, ensuring you are not being BULLIED by a JOB COACH, during your transition through UNIVERSAL CREDIT ASSESSMENTS. Very rarely a client is unhappy with our service.  We of course will return the money you have paid to us as soon as we can. We will refund the money via PAYPAL.  If you have any issues then complete this form   HERE.
