Sometimes writing to your Member of Parliament can aid your case. The Government have clearly that those with long term, life limiting, illnesses who are enduring significant conditions which may be terminal or will not improve should not be continually re-assessed.

- Be polite - a rude letter will be thrown away.
- No emotion - stick to the facts.
- No politics -this is about you, not them.
- Be brief -use bullet points where applicable and stick to the subject.
- Be honest, and don’t be afraid to state the brutal facts.
- They will leave no stone unturned. You leave none unturned back.
- There is no ambiguity or opinion involved . This is all about the facts.
